Silver Bay Beach and Boat Park

Swimmers, sailors, rock-poolers, sandcastle builders – all sorts of people love Silver Bay beach.

Our dedication to preserving the natural environment and supporting British wildlife is a priority for us here at Silver Bay. That’s why we’re members of the National Trust, North Wales Wildlife Trust, RSPB and Red Squirrel Trust. We were also, once again, recently awarded the David Bellamy Gold Award and a Green Coast Award for our commitment to protecting the local wildlife, reducing energy use, recycling waste, and supporting the local community.

Also, we have a spacious boat park so that should you like to dock on site, we have the facilities. Be sure to keep an eye out for our annual Sand Castle building competition too. The children love it!

Nature & Wildlife at Silver Bay beach

The crashing breakers against the coast and beach a spectacular sight when exploring the grounds around Silver Bay. The woods behind Silver Bay make a great contrast against the coast, you may even see a Sparrow Hawk.

Owners have also admired dragonflies, damselflies, butterflies, and frogs on their exploration. Close to autumn, the bright orange mountain ash berries and red hawthorn berries are a sight to behold. The woods lead across fields towards Trearrdur Bay, and there are a wonderful variety of habitats on this walk. You can also find a range of Ordnance Survey Maps to take your exploration across the headlands further too.

Sailing & Private Boat Park

Alongside Silver Bay beach, we also have a private boat park available. Situated within the holiday village, we can accommodate crafts of up to 6.5m in length.

There are also a number of boat launching options – making it the perfect home for your boat in the UK. Our boat park is just one reason to own a holiday home at our luxury holiday village.
